A $3,000 theft from Goldcorp is under investigation by the Timmins Police. It was discovered on May 10th that someone had broken into remote monitoring stations that surround the city. Access was gained to secured areas, and monitoring equipment was stolen.
Anyone with information on the theft is asked to call Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222- TIPS, or go online to Tip Submit. It is completely anonymous, and tipsters could be eligible for a reward of up to $2,000.
