News Timmins teen facing mischief charges for a broken window SHARE ON: Taylor Ablett, staff Wednesday, Jun. 8th, 2016 A 17-year-old Timmins teenager is facing mischief charges after allegedly breaking a window. Police were called to a disturbance on Monday morning at home on First Avenue. The female is alleged to have purposely caused damage to a door by breaking the window. Police can not release her identity as she is a minor, and is protected under the Youth Criminal Justice Act. She was arrested and released, and has a court date next month. She is being charged with one count of Mischief under $5000.
