Uncategorized Timmins Learning Centre launches fundraising campaign SHARE ON: Paige Parker, contributor, Monday, Apr. 7th, 2014 The waiting list at the Timmins learning centre continues to grow. To help sustain their children’s programs they have just kicked off their A+ supporters campaign in hopes of raising $40,000 dollars by June. Anyone can contribute and have their name posted on the Learning Centre website and on the wall of recognition. Manager of children’s services Jonathan Zinck says they also need volunteers to help with the reading program even if you can only donate an hour per week of your time. The learning centre caters to grades one through eight.
