Big Bike raises $25K for heart and stroke research

Teams from the north who rode in the Heart and Stroke Foundations’ Big Bike Rally have raised over $25,000 for research in the field. The Coordinator for Timmins and Area, Linda Horn says Timmins, Smooth Rock Falls, New Liskeard and Kapuskasing saw great turnouts this year and the weather cooperated with most of the events.

The Big Bike Rally runs every two years in northern Ontario, covering two days in Timmins and one day in other towns.
