Timmins City Council is having a Committee of the Whole meeting tonight. A number of items are up for debate on the agenda, including cost recovery projects for Shirley Street North and Government Road North. Council will also hear a resolution from the Municipality of Bluewater, to look at incentive for doctors to practice in rural areas.
Council will also hear a resolution on the Kashechewan evacuation process in a special meeting after the committee meeting. The whole thing kicks off at 6:00pm at city hall.
