Northern College is preparing for their 13th annual Powwow.
This weekend the college will focus on Aboriginal tradition like drumming, dancing, singing, and friendship.
Master of Ceremonies David Faries says Powwow’s are a chance to learn from Elders and bring good energies.
The event is free and open to the public. It will begin with a sunrise ceremony on Saturday at 6:30 am.
