The OPP says it’s made two arrests as the result of a fraud investigation. Police say on March 5th they received a report of two men selling audio equipment out of a white van in the town. The OPP says it has seized $10,000 in cash and several defective pieces of audio equipment. Two men, ages 30 and 33 from Quebec have been arrested and charged with fraud, possession of stolen property and property obtained by crime. The court date set for the two is April 4th in Kap.
