The Ring of Fire is moving forward.
Nine Matawa-member First nation and the Province signed a document to negotiate a process for a community-based approach to developing the Ring of Fire.
It means there will be a working relationship between First Nation and Ontario and First Nations will be able to participate various processes and decisions.
Northern Development and Mines Minister Michael Gravelle signed on behalf of the province.
