NEOFACS is asking for communities across the northeast to build snowman, to help support their cause. The North Eastern Ontario Family and Children’s Services launched their third annual Snowman Campaign this week. The goal is to have hundreds of snowman built to represent all of the kids that benefit from the foster homes and volunteers NEOFACS contributes. The goal of the campaign is to raise awareness for the ongoing need for foster families and volunteers.
