The Northern Ontario School of Medicine’s Strategic Action Plan looks to connect campuses, improve infrastructure and expand research. NOSM’s five-year Strategic Action Plan is now available to the public.
In the last year the province has announced new residency positions and many students are already serving in north eastern hospitals and clinics. Its strategic plan also puts a focus on communication in Francophone communities and its involvement in aboriginal communities. The NOSM says the plan is set to run through to 2020.
