The North East LHIN is welcoming a new doctor to its Specialized Geriatric Services roster. Susan Lane will be joining the team of other doctors, nurses, a nurse practitioner and physiotherapists to bring services to the elderly in the Northeast.

The SGS says while stationed in Sudbury its mandate is to increase access and care to all of the elderly in the region. The North East LHIN works with many local health units and other healthcare organizations in the surrounding area.
