News TPS looking for witnesses of a pedestrian crash that sent a woman to the hospital with serious injuries SHARE ON: Taylor Ablett, staff Friday, Dec. 18th, 2015 There has been another pedestrian collision in Timmins, and police are again looking for witnesses. It happened last night, just after 5:30, at Riverside and Shirley. A 51-year-old woman was crossing Riverside when she was hit by a car. She was taken to the hospital by ambulance with serious injuries, where she is still recovering. Riverside was closed until about 11:30 last night while police investigated. The driver did stay at the scene, however the police are still looking for more witnesses to go over what happened.
