The NOHFC is making a contribution with the goal of helping young northerners find jobs in their field.
The Northern Ontario Heritage Fund Corporation says the funding will be channelled through over 430 young graduates.
The NOHFC says any post-secondary graduates from the past three years in the accredited programs will be eligible.
The $11.3 million will go to internship fields such as mechanical technology, marketing, accounting, law, IT and many others, as dates for enrolment and eligibility are announced.
