Northern College is hosting an open house next week to show high school students what college life is like. There will be campus tours, program information, and faculty meetings at the Timmins campus. Prospective students can meet with the faculty, learn about the programs, and get a campus tour. President Fred Gibbons says the information will be invaluable to attendees as they make decisions about their futures.
On top of that, 21 Ontario colleges will also be there to give information about their schools. At the open house, Northern will be awarding four $500 bursaries to prospective students. The open house is on Thursday the 15th, starting at 9 AM.
