Visiting hours at TADH still restricted

An outbreak of bacteria at the Timmins Hospital is still forcing restricted visiting hours. Isolation patients are being moved from Medical-C to a separate area on the 3rd floor, and hours to 3C are closed until further notice. Regular visiting hours have been reinstated to the pediatric unit. The hospital is asking anyone with flu-like symptoms to not visit any patients. All other units in the hospital are running as normal.

The hospital originally estimated that visiting hours would have been back to normal by last week. As of now, there is no indication of when the restrictions will be lifted. The hospital isn’t releasing how many patients are affected by the bacteria outbreak, citing privacy concerns.
