Two Timmins residents and members of the Timmins Police Pipes and Drums are heading to climb mount Kilimanjaro in September.
It’s an adventure to raise money for seven-year-old Nicholas Plouffe who died of a brain tumour.
The pair are climbing to grant the boy’s wish.
Today Timmins Police will make an announcement as to the fundraising goals.
