Andrea Horwath has outlined a plan to cut waste in Ontario’s eletricity system to end the outrageous overbilling.
Stop exporting under a one billion dollar annual subsidy, cap executive pay and merge Ontario’s hydro agencies, and stop private power giveaways.
The savings will be passed on to families through a $100 hydro rebate.
