This is the last week to help shape northern healthcare. The Local Health Integration Network is asking for feedback from the community to find out what is lacking when it comes to healthcare. Their survey closes at the end of the week. Directory of Community Engagement, Cynthia Stables, says so far they are hearing about three big issues.
Better access to care and better coordination of care are the two points the LHIN hears over and over. Stables says the third thing is sustainability, to make sure health care is around for the years to come.
