David Starcevic was in court yesterday where he publicly apologized for his behaviour. He says he has been affected by PTSD. He says he is going through treatment for post-traumatic stress as a direct result from his work as a police officer. Starcevic says a child pornography case and a tragic car crash sent him into a downward spiral. He was fined $3,500, and is banned from driving for two years.
