A wind chill warning is in effect for our area. Environment Canada says the high of minus 18 will feel like minus 33 with the wind chill today. Forecasters add the bitter cold will last overnight and into tomorrow. The weather agency is warning you to take the appropriate precautions when outside, as frostbite and hypothermia can occur within minutes.
