Several familiar faces on Timmins City Council have filed nomination papers for this October’s municipal election.
Kristin Murray who was sworn in as mayor earlier this month after George Pirie was elected Timmins MPP wants to run again in Ward five. She is joined by Andrew Marks who will seek a sixth term on council.
The deadline for nominations is tomorrow afternoon at 2 o’clock.
