Mixed Media
Have you ever seen a Mixed Media project and fell in love but weren’t sure on how to create it? The Timmins Public Library will teach you the basics in their Adult Creative Workshop on Wednesday, March 5th, 2014 @ 6pm. This artistic project is very beautiful and not as hard as it looks. It is on display at the Library so come on in and check it out, registrations fill up fast.
Pre-registration and pre-payment is necessary to guarantee your spot.

March Break Programming
Re-Working Fairytales: March 10-13 at 2 p.m.
The Timmins Public Library will be offering a four day creative writing workshop for ages 9-12. This FREE program aims to inspire future writers by exploring the world of fairytales. A fairy good time is guaranteed! Registration is required please call 705-360-2623 x8519.
Watercolour Painting
Saturday March 22nd from 2 to 4pm – Learn the basics of watercolour painting at the Timmins Public Library. Make a card & keep your own starter kit for $15.00. Register in person at the circulation desk. Must be 18+. December 2013 participants can bring their own supplies and pay $2.00 for a card.
Afternoon Book Club
The Timmins Public Library is hosting an Afternoon Book Club on Tuesday, April 1st at 2:00pm.
We will discuss Jeffrey Archer’s The Fourth Estate.
The book is available in both print and alternative formats. If you prefer you may borrow and listen to a CNIB CD.
