Canada Day 2022 will not go uncelebrated in Timmins. Timmins Community Park Association president Mark Rogers says his group is teaming up with Tourism Timmins for an afternoon of fun, between noon and 4:00pm.
“Some of the fun events will be a foam party, bumper balls, we’ll he having a DJ playing music and we’ll be doing some other fun activities along with a barbecue,” he notes.
TCPA will be barbecuing hot dogs, asking for a donation in return.
“Tourism Timmins then teams up to do the fireworks off of Porcupine Lake,” Rogers adds.
Those fireworks are set to start at 10:00pm.
