Timmins City Hall has announced that the reconstruction of Algonquin Blvd. between Thériault Blvd. and Mountjoy St. begins Monday.
That stretch will be closed to traffic as of Monday afternoon, with two possible detour routes. New stop signs and traffic lights have been installed on those routes.
