Primero is expanding their Black Fox Mine. The mining company is putting over $6-millionĀ into the project, to create a ramp to have better access to the Deep Central Zone.
CEO of Primero, Joseph Conway, says they have had a successful 2015 so far. He says the deeper they mine, the better the results. The Deep Central Zone is 800 metres below surface level. Exploration drilling leads the company to believe there is more than 150, 000 ounces of gold in that area.
