City police are looking for witnesses, as they investigate a collision between an SUV and an electric scooter early Tuesday evening.
The 29-year-old man on the scooter was seriously injured in the incident that happened at Montgomery Avenue and Preston Street. The SUV was driven by a 23-year-old woman. Both vehicles are in police custody for mechanical fitness appraisals.
