Timmins Public Library expands it offering of e-magazines to more than 3,000

A consolidation of where you can find e-magazines and e-books offered by the Timmins Public Library comes with an increase in available magazines.

CEO Carol-Ann Demers says everything is now available on the Overdrive website.

“We already had all of our e-books and our e-audio books on the Overdrive, which is presented on the Libby app,” Demers explains. “So it’s really easy to use.”

Demers says the number of e-magazines has increased to more than three-thousand.

“There are some for all interests, including titles such as Car & Driver, Taste of Home, Country Living, in several different languages, and there’s so much available that I think people will really be pleased.”

A Timmins library card and personal identification number are all you need to get at all that reading material.
