Parents trying to get their child’s schedule ready for the return to school in a week have been patiently waiting for a bus schedule. Ryan Hartling with the North East Tri-Board Student Transportation says there have been some delays getting all of the information from various schools in the region.

“We are thinking early next week,” he said. “There have been some deadlines given to the schools to provide us with bell time changes this Thursday. So we are hoping to put the system live either Monday or Tuesday of next week.”

Hartling adds that in order for parents to view the schedules they will have to register on their site.

“With that you are going to need some information like the student OEN, student date of birth and things of that nature so you can confirm that you have access to that student,” he said. “Even the public can register if they want to get notifications or delays.”

School begins next Thursday for students across our region with staggered entry before a full return by everyone the following week. For further information on the Tri-Board here is their website.
