What police call an unprovoked attack Thursday afternoon results in a charge of assault causing bodily harm against a 40-year-old Timmins woman.
They say it happened at around two o’clock near the intersection of Third Avenue and Spruce Street.
The victim of the attack was knocked down, suffering a serious head injury.
Police add that the two women do not know each other.
