Communications coordinator Marc Depatie says it was at a station on Algonquin Boulevard East.  Shortly after 9:30am, a driver put about about $40.00 worth into his tank, and left without paying.

“The vehicle involved is a full-size black Chevrolet extended cab pickup with twin hood scoops, dark rims and a Quebec licence plate,” Depatie reports.  “He was hauling a fully enclosed black dual-axle trailer.”
