Night-time street cleaning by the city teams will be taking place this week, from June 8th to June 12th, 2020. Look out for yellow signs that will be posted on your street to alert you ahead of time that street cleaning will be taking place. Streets could be closed, lanes could be reduced. The best option is to find an alternate route to your destination. However, here are the roads that will be effected, and when city street cleaning teams plan to clear them.
Night Time Street Cleaning 11:30 PM to 7:30 AM
From June 8th to June 12th, 2020, the Public Works Department wishes to inform the public that crews may be doing night-time street cleaning:
Monday, June 8th, starting at 11:30 PM:
- Timmins North: Pine, Jubilee
Tuesday, June 9th, starting at 11:30 PM:
- Timmins North: MacLean, Mountjoy
Wednesday, June 10th, starting at 11:30 PM:
- Timmins North: Melrose (Jubilee to Dead End)
Thursday, June 11th, starting at 11:30 PM:
- Timmins South: Pine (Kirby to Evelyn)
Public Works would like to remind residents that yellow “No Parking Signs” will be posted to notify that Spring Maintenance will be taking place for daytime operations. Vehicles not complying with these “No Parking Signs” will be ticketed and towed, to allow for Street Sweeping crews to advance.
