Street Cleaning Schedule – June 1st to June 5th 2020

Daytime and night-time street cleaning by the city teams will be taking place this week, from June 1st to June 5th, 2020. Look out for yellow signs that will be posted on your street to alert you ahead of time that street cleaning will be taking place. Streets could be closed, lanes could be reduced. The best option is to find an alternate route to your destination. However, here are the roads that will be effected, and when city street cleaning teams plan to clear them.

Daytime Street Cleaning 7:30 Am to 4:00 PM

From June 1st to June 5th, 2020, the Public Works Department wishes to inform the public that crews may be doing daytime street cleaning:

Monday, June 1st, starting at 7:30 AM:

  • Mountjoy: Power, Clifford, Chestnut, Greeningdon, Royale
  • South Porcupine: Crawford

Tuesday, June 2nd, starting at 7:30 AM:

  • Mountjoy: Joseph, Park
  • South Porcupine: Main

Wednesday, June 3rd, starting at 7:30 AM:

  • Timmins North: Berridale, Michelano

Thursday, June 4th, starting at 7:30 AM:

  • Mountjoy: Bonaventure, Meadow, Pleasant, Castlewood, Diamond, Majestic

Friday, June 5th, starting at 7:30 AM:

  • No sweeping scheduled

Night Time Street Cleaning 11:30 PM to 7:30 AM

From June 1st to June 5th, 2020, the Public Works Department wishes to inform the public that crews may be doing night-time street cleaning:

Monday, June 1st, starting at 11:30 PM:

  • Timmins South: Second, Spruce (Fifth to Moneta)

Tuesday, Junse 2nd, starting at 11:30 PM:

  • Timmins South: Pine (Sixth to Kirby), Cedar (Fifth to First), Balsam (Fifth to Frist), Birch (Fifth to Second)

Wednesday, June 3rd, starting at 11:30 PM:

  • Timmins South: Maple (Fifth to Second), Elm (Fifth to Second), Wilson

Thursday, June 4th, starting at 11:30 PM:

  • Timmins South: Mountjoy
  • Timmins North: Mountjoy, MacLean

Public Works would like to remind residents that yellow “No Parking Signs” will be posted to notify that Spring Maintenance will be taking place for daytime operations. Vehicles not complying with these “No Parking Signs” will be ticketed and towed, to allow for Street Sweeping crews to advance.
