News Victims named in fatal plane crash SHARE ON: Taylor Ablett, staff Monday, Mar. 23rd, 2015 The OPP have released the names of the victims of last week’s plane crash. The Piper missing south of Sudbury, and was found in a heavily wooded area only accessible by helicopter. The investigation is ongoing, but the OPP says the plane was having engine problems. Two of the victims are 64 year old Joseph Arseneau, and 65 year old Mary-Lou Arseneau, both from Sudbury. There is a third victim, but their name won’t be released until after a post-mortem.
