No collisions or road closures to report, however:
- There are 3 road closures to mention all because of a watermain break on Algonquin Blvd:
- Algonquin from Mountjoy to Waterloo
- Mountjoy from Algonquin to Wilson
- Wilson from Mountjoy to Wilcox
The City of Timmins Winter Parking By-Law is now in effect. From November 1st, 2019 to April 30th, 2020, vehicles may not park on the streets overnight, from 11:30pm to 7:30am. Cars can park overnight in areas with signage that reads “Parking Permitted Unless Otherwise Posted”. Towing will occur anytime an illegally parked vehicle interferes with winter operations, like snow plowing. More details can be found here.
