The Timmins Flood Advisory Committee has downgraded the flood warning along the Mattagami River to a flood watch.
Mattagami Region Conservation Authority GM David Vallier confirms that the river level dropped 20 cm overnight.
At the same time, City Hall and Timmins Police confirm that Norman St. and McChesney Rd. have reopened, although pothole repairs might still be in progress.
