Handi Trans services in Timmins has come up again at city council. What sparked a heated debate last week, saw more discussion this week. The issue was first brought up by Councillor Joe Campbell. He says he has heard from many residents that they don’t qualify for the service, because of where they live. A full report of the service, including upgrades and requirements, is expected to come back to council in time for budget talks.
