The Timmins Red Cross branch is having their 20th annual Northern Raffle fundraiser. Proceeds go towards the Disaster Management program. The raffle will help to train volunteers in Timmins to respond to disasters, and will buy emergency supplies. Prizes include an SUV, an ATV, and over 30-thousand dollars in cash.
