An ongoing dispute between neighbours on Fifth Avenue in Timmins got a bit dirty early today.
City police say a 53-year-old man is accused of smearing human excrement on his neighbour’s door.
The suspect was located not from the location, a short time after officers arrived.
He is charged with mischief by interfering with the lawful enjoyment of property.
