Winter maintenance continues to be a hot topic in Timmins. City council spent over an hour debating the best way to keep the roads and sidewalks clear at last nights meeting. In the end, the suggestion was made by the Mayor to have a fourth team on the payroll. He asked City Engineer Luc Duval to look into the cost of buying equipment and manpower. The issue is expected to come back to council.
