Red bins have popped up around Timmins this week as part of a donation drive. The Canadian Diabetes Association is accepting used clothes, small kitchen items, and books to raise funds. Operations Manager for Clothesline, Andrea Parkhill, says you can also call the CDA to pick up used items.
All donated items get sold to Value Village. Those funds then go back to the CDA, and will stay in the Timmins area.
