Some of the snowmobile trails in Timmins are now open. The O-F-S-C says the cold weather, recent snowfalls, and volunteer maintenance have made local trails available. All sleds must have a valid Snowmobile Trail Permit. The Ontario Federation of Snowmobile Clubs also says snowmobilers have a personal responsibility to make smart choices and ride in a safe manner.
