A $2.5 million upgrade to the electricity infrastructure in Timmins is finished. The updates will be more reliable and can support growth in the area, says Hydro One. The Dalton Road upgrades were officially done on Friday, with higher voltage lines installed. There is still clean up work that needs to be done in the new year. The final stage of project, which is costing $32 million in total, is planned for 2015.
