There is a major police presence on Hemlock Street as an investigation is underway.
The MyTimminsNow.Com Newsroom has received a news tip that officers have entered an apartment building and have about eight people standing against the fence.
Timmins Police Service Communications Coordinator Marc Depatie says there is a search warrant being executed and is still ongoing. “We can’t make any further comment until we know exactly who we have in custody.”
Depatie says more information should be available tomorrow morning.
