The Temiskaming OPP is laying charges on two after illegal use of snowmobile. Police stopped the sled last week in Latchford, and found both the owner and the driver of the sled to be facing charges. The driver is 19 and was driving on a suspended license. The owner is a 31 year old Latchford man, who is being charged with no insurance and not reporting a change of ownership.
