Nine jobs in Timmins have been cut at the Aecon Group’s mining contracting office. A few employees will be relocated, and eight will stay in the Timmins office. Nicole Court, spokesperson for Aecon, said to Northern Business Ontario that they are scaling back, and that the business has had challenges in getting new projects.
