The Timmins Chamber is looking at local business owners to share their challenges at work in a new survey from the Far Northeast Training Board. A range of issues are addressed in the survey, including turnover, hard to fill positions, and recruitment. The goal of the annual survey is to provide insight so businesses, the government, and schools can prepare for changes and trends. Employers have until December 31st to respond to the survey.
