A Moosonee man has been hit with 11 charges after running from police while driving impaired. Police stopped the man after getting a call about someone who had been drinking and driving. After he was stopped, and placed under arrest, he fled on foot into the bush. Police found him later that night at his home on Huron Road. Among the charges are assault, impaired driving, and possession of stolen property.
