Nova’s are almost here and the Timmins Chamber of Commerce is finishing the final preparations.
The Chamber says this year’s business awards gala tomorrow night is themed as “Business Takes the Stage”. It says it really wanted all the local businesses to feel like rock stars for a night. Manager of Business Services Carmen Swartz says if you plan on coming to the event, remember to bring your ticket. Swartz says you should also prepare for a long line-up to get in.
She says the night is as much a celebration as it is learning about the businesses Timmins has. Swartz says each finalist has a 30 second video about them and their services that everyone will get to watch.
Doors open at the McIntyre Arena at 7:00pm and the awards start at 8:00pm. The MyTimminsNow.Com Newsroom will post a winners update tomorrow after the gala.
