The Timmins Police have laid a charge in an August fatal car collision. 60 year old Andre Carrier was hit by a truck at Mountjoy and Algonquin and died from his injuries. A 24 year old Val Gagne man is now facing a charge of careless driving. He will appear in court in December to answer to the charges.
