The traffic lights at Third and Cedar have been reactivated. Hydro One was working on their vaults over the weekend to have power restored. The lights have been out for more than two months at the downtown intersection. They will be in an all red flashing mode daily as part of a pilot project, from 6 pm until 6 am. During those times, they are to be treated as a four way stop.
